Become a helper
Been there? Help someone who hasn't.
You already know which office to go to and what to bring. Share that experience with newcomers doing the same procedure, and get paid for the requests you resolve.
How helping works
Help on your terms
Add what you've done
List the procedures you've completed, where and when, e.g. "Did TIE in Málaga (2025)".
Choose requests you want
You see requests matching your experience. Accept the ones you like; there are no shifts or quotas.
Help by chat, get paid
Guide the person through it by chat. Each resolved request earns you a share of that month's helper pool.
How you're paid
A fixed share of every subscription goes into a monthly helper pool. At the end of the month it's split between helpers by the number of requests they resolved, and paid to your bank through Stripe.
What you need
- You've completed at least one procedure yourself. We open in Spain first; France, Italy, Portugal and Ireland follow.
- A quick identity check with Stripe. We never store your documents.
- A bank account for payouts via Stripe.
Good to know
- You decide which requests to accept and when you're available.
- You share your own experience. You don't give legal, tax or immigration advice.
- Earnings are reported as EU rules (DAC7) require; you handle your own taxes.
Questions
How much can I earn?
It depends on how many requests you resolve and how many people subscribe that month. You'll see your share building up on your earnings page.
Do I need to be an expert?
No. You need to have done the procedure yourself, recently enough that your experience is still useful. Helpers share experience, not professional advice.
Can I also ask for help myself?
Yes. One account can be both a helper and someone looking for help.
Helpers share personal experience. This is not legal, tax or immigration advice.
