What counts as a helper request?
One request is one question or situation about a procedure, handled by one helper in chat until it's resolved.
What if nobody takes my request?
If no helper accepts it in time, the request expires and doesn't count towards your monthly limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Where does my money go?
A fixed share of every subscription goes into a monthly pool that pays the helpers who resolved requests. The rest keeps BeenThere running.
