Pilot report
14 August to 13 October · Founding pilot · 60 places
From the 35 people who share their progress: 120 deadlines met and 6 missed so far.
- Who joined, and the deadlines met by the people who share.
- The help they used, as totals only. Never who asked what.
- Saved as a PDF, ready for your next budget meeting.
An example with made-up names. The steps and dates are the real Spanish plan for someone from outside the EU who arrived 20 days ago.
For employers, universities and schools
Their paperwork, guided by people who've done it.
When students come to Spain, France, Italy, Portugal or Ireland, they get a moving plan with their own deadlines, answers at any hour and expats who did the same procedure. Your international office stops answering the same questions.

Why it matters
The first weeks decide how someone settles in
-
Deadlines start on arrival
In Spain the TIE is due within a month of arriving, and appointments can take weeks. A missed deadline means a late start.
-
The same questions, every time
Which appointment comes first, what to bring: your international office answers it again for every student.
-
Help for everyone, not only senior hires
Relocation packages are usually kept for a few. This covers everyone you bring, for a price per person agreed with you.
Work out what paperwork already costs you
How it works
Set up once, then every new person is covered
We set you up
Your places, the steps you handle for them and your own tasks.
They join from your email
Paste their addresses or upload your HR spreadsheet. Each gets a free account with Standard membership and a plan dated from the day they arrive.
You see who needs a nudge
One page, a reminder in a click, a short summary on Mondays and a pilot report to show what it achieved.
You see progress only if they choose to share it. Never their questions, chats or documents.

Try it free with the people you bring next
Free for the period we agree, for a set number of people. You get a report of what it achieved, and before it ends we agree a price with you in writing; nothing is ever charged without it.
Questions
What do our students get?
- A moving plan for their country, in the right order, with dates from their arrival and email reminders before each deadline.
- Step-by-step guides checked against official sources, in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
- Unlimited questions to the assistant, which answers from our guides.
- From 16 November, up to 5 requests a month to chat with an expat who did the same procedure, in their city where possible.
- Your tasks, your notes and the steps you handle, on their plan in your name.
What do we see as managers?
Who has joined and how many places are used. For people who choose to share it: steps done, the next deadline and whether one has passed. When they join we explain what sharing shows and why it helps them. Messages go one way, by email and in the app, and replies come to your own inbox.
When can our people start?
Your people can use their moving plan, reminders and the assistant from the day they join. Helper requests open for everyone on 16 November.
Is this legal or immigration advice?
No. Our guides explain the official procedures and link the official sources, and helpers share their own experience. For legal advice on a specific case, people still need a lawyer or a registered adviser.
Which countries and cities?
Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Ireland, every region. City guides for the town hall and health card steps start with Spain's main cities.
Can you see someone's documents or messages?
No one at your organisation can, and we never store identity or residency documents. You only see someone's progress if they choose to share it, and they can stop sharing at any time.
What happens when someone leaves us?
Remove them from your dashboard, or confirm it when they ask to leave. Their cover ends, we tell them by email, and they keep their account, plan and reminders. They can subscribe themselves if they want to carry on.
How will we know it worked?
Your pilot report shows who joined, how many deadlines the people who share have met, and how much help they used, as totals from 5 people so nobody can be picked out. Save it as a PDF for whoever decides.
What does it cost after the pilot?
A price per person covered, agreed with you before the pilot ends and invoiced to your organisation. If you decide not to carry on, your people keep their free accounts.
